Starting at EUR 250 per written statement (the price may be higher if the matter is complex and the statement is extensive; the client will be informed prior to order confirmation).

2. FOR EMPLOYERS

Drafting of documents in disciplinary proceedings

Requests for written statements, reports, decisions, and other documents in disciplinary proceedings.

What is included in the service:

• Examination of the information and documents provided by you
• Legal assessment of the disciplinary case
• Drafting of the necessary documents (requests, reports, decisions, etc.)
• Assessment of legal risks during disciplinary proceedings
• Ensuring compliance of the process with the applicable legal framework
• Explanation of the content of the documents and the subsequent process
• Where necessary – refinements based on additional information

Completion time:

Preparation is usually completed within 5 (five) business days.

Price:

Starting at EUR 500 per document package (the price may be higher if the disciplinary case is extensive; the client will be informed prior to order confirmation).

HOW TO ORDER A SERVICE

• Fill in the application form below, and we will contact you in writing within 2 (two) business days
• Receive written confirmation and agree on the order via email
• Pay an advance of 50% of the service fee by bank transfer in accordance with the issued invoice
• Pay the remaining part of the service fee upon completion of the work in accordance with the issued invoice
