1. DRAFTING OF WRITTEN SUBMISSIONS

Drafting of written submissions addressed to courts and authorities (in administrative cases, administrative offense proceedings, and civil cases), based on the information provided by you.

The drafting of written submissions is usually completed within 5 (five) business days.

Price:

Starting from EUR 250 per set of written submissions (the price may be higher if the matter is complex and the submissions are extensive; the client will be informed prior to order confirmation).

2. DRAFTING OF CHALLENGE APPLICATIONS, COURT APPLICATIONS, AND APPEALS

Drafting of documents for submission to a court or an authority, including challenge applications, court applications, and appeals (in administrative cases, administrative offense proceedings, and civil cases).

What is included in the service:

• Examination of the information and documents provided by you
• In-depth analysis of the situation and assessment of legal risks
• Drafting of a document (application, claim, complaint, etc.)
• Explanation of the document and the subsequent course of the proceedings
• Where necessary – refinements based on additional information

Completion time:

The drafting of this type of document is usually completed within 5 (five) business days.

Price:

Starting from EUR 450 per document (the price may be higher if the matter is extensive; the client will be informed prior to order confirmation).

HOW TO ORDER A SERVICE

• Fill in the application form below, and we will contact you in writing within 2 (two) business days
• Receive written confirmation and agree on the order via email
• Pay an advance of 50% of the service fee by bank transfer in accordance with the issued invoice
• Pay the remaining part of the service fee upon completion of the work in accordance with the issued invoice
