1. CONTRACT REVIEW AND AMENDMENT

• The contract will be reviewed to protect your interests
• Risks will be assessed, and recommendations for improving the contract will be provided in the form of amendments and comments
• This will enhance your legal protection and enable you to make an informed decision

The review of a single contract is usually completed within 3 (three) business days.

Starting at EUR 175 per contract (the price may be higher for extensive contracts; the client will be informed prior to order confirmation).

2. CONTRACT DRAFTING

• The contract will be drafted to protect your interests and to reflect the specific circumstances
• Clear and legally sound contractual terms will be drafted, taking into account potential risks
• This will ensure predictable cooperation between the parties and reduce the likelihood of disputes in the future

What is included in the service:

• Drafting of a contract from scratch based on your specific situation
• Development and customization of individual terms
• Assessment of legal risks during the contract drafting process
• Explanation of the contract terms
• Where necessary – refinements based on additional information

Completion time:

The drafting of a single contract is usually completed within 5 (five) business days.

Price:

Starting at EUR 300 per contract (the price may be higher for extensive contracts; the client will be informed prior to order confirmation).

HOW TO ORDER A SERVICE

• Fill in the application form below, and we will contact you in writing within 2 (two) business days
• Receive written confirmation and agree on the order via email
• Pay an advance of 50% of the service fee by bank transfer in accordance with the issued invoice
• Pay the remaining part of the service fee upon completion of the work in accordance with the issued invoice
