Assessment of the equest

Each request is assessed before work begins to ensure that it falls within the areas of specialisation and can be performed with the required quality. Not all legal matters are accepted for execution.

If the request does not fall within the areas of specialization or it is not possible to undertake the assignment at the given time due to the current workload, the request may not be accepted. In such a case, the client will be informed accordingly.

Scope of the service

The service is provided within the following framework:

• provided remotely
• does not include representation
• based on the information provided by the client
• focused on the preparation and analysis of legally sound documents

Completion time

The timeframe is agreed individually based on the task’s complexity and scope.

Price

Hourly rate – EUR 75 per hour.

Before work begins, the client receives an initial estimate of the scope of work.

If the task is accepted, the client will be sent an agreement for legal services for electronic signature.

After the agreement is signed, an advance payment may be requested.

Work will commence after the client’s confirmation, signing of the agreement, and, where applicable, receipt of the advance payment.
