1.2. The Cookie Policy has been developed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter – “GDPR”), Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (ePrivacy Directive), as well as the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, including the Information Society Services Law.

1.3. Currently, only cookies that are technically necessary for the operation of the Platform, security, and the storage of certain user preferences are used on the Platform. At present, no analytics, advertising, or other user behavior tracking cookies are used on the Platform. 8.3. In matters not regulated by this Cookie Policy, the Controller’s Privacy Policy, available on the Platform, shall apply.
