What does this mean for you:

If your request does not fall within other service categories specified on the Platform, you can request individual legal services provided on an hourly rate basis.

Within the scope of the service, legal services are provided in accordance with your situation, and the specific scope and content of the work are agreed upon individually with the client.

What’s included in the service:

The content of the service is determined individually, depending on your situation, and agreed with the client.

Within the scope of the service, the following may be carried out, for example:

• Review of the information and documents provided by you
• Legal analysis and assessment of the applicable legal framework
• Drafting or review of legal documents
• Provision of a legal opinion or consultation
• Conclusions and recommendations for further action
• Performance of other legal tasks in accordance with the specific assignment

Completion time:

The timeframe is agreed individually, depending on the complexity and scope of the task.

Price:

The fee is EUR 75 per billable hour. Working time is recorded based on the actual time spent. Value-added tax (VAT) is not applied.

Before work commences, the client is provided with an estimate of the scope of work and expected costs. After completion of the work, the client is provided with a written report on the actual time spent and the work performed.

HOW TO ORDER A SERVICE

• Fill in the application form below, and we will contact you in writing within 2 (two) business days
• Receive written confirmation and agree on the order via email
• Pay an advance in the amount determined based on the agreed estimate of the scope of work and the issued invoice
• Pay the remaining part of the service fee upon completion of the work in accordance with the issued invoice
